The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna intends to apply the aggregate amount of ELEVEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR PESOS AND SEVENTY-SIX CENTAVOS (Php 11,889,964.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract specified in the succeeding projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
