The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna intends to apply the aggregate amount of
THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTYSEVEN-SEVEN PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS (Php 3,714,347.10) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract specified in the succeeding projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
