The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY PESOS AND FIFTY-TWO CENTAVOS (Php11,286,190.52) for the lump sum hauling and disposal of Municipal Residual Waste at Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php18,500.00) per dumptruck of 40 cu. m. for the continuous implementation of RA 9003 otherwise known as the Ecological Solid Waste Management  Act of 2000 to payment under the contract for Hauling and Disposal of Municipal Residual Waste at any other area within the Municipality designated by the MENRO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
