The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION
NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS
(Php9,999,920.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the
contract for the Procurement of Soil Ameliorant. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening
