The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna intends to apply the aggregate amount of SEVENTEEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND THIRTY-SEVEN PESOS AND FIVE CENTAVOS (Php 17,316,037.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Riprapping of Drainage and Irrigation Canal and Various Constructions Projects of the Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
