The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO
HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE-HUNDRED TWELVE PESOS AND
FORTY-FIVE CENTAVOS (Php 1,288,912.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of furnishing and delivery of
construction supplies and materials. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
