The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine
Hundred Seventy-two Thousand Four Hundred Nine Pesos and 27/100 (Php 2,972,409.27)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Construction of Concrete Roadway Barangay Kanluran, Calauan, Laguna. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
